SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for standard order processing and an additional 2-7 business days for delivery, based on your selected service.


If your order includes an in-stock and pre-order item it will ship all together once the pre-order item arrives. If you wish to receive your in stock merchandise immediately, contact us at hello@stylest.com and we will be happy to help! Please note an additional processing fee will apply.


Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday-Friday with an expedited shipping method will be processed the same day. Expedited orders placed after 1pm EST or on a weekend will ship the following business day.


Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping is non-refundable. We do not offer expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.


We strive to ship every order out as quickly as possible; however, we may experience delays from time to time due to inclement weather or COVID shut-downs. We appreciate your patience!

What are your shipping fees?

For orders under $300: Standard shipping is $9.95 (Contiguous U.S. only)

For orders over $300: Standard shipping is free (Contiguous U.S. only)

Express: $20 (Contiguous U.S. only)

Priority: $32 (Contiguous U.S. only)

Overnight: $45 (Contiguous U.S. only)

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Rates vary based on shipment details and destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

Where will my packages be shipped from?
STYLEST orders are shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey. Questions about your order? Contact us directly at hello@stylest.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you ship domestically and internationally?
At this time we are shipping to the U.S. only. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when we expand internationally.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on orders over $300 within the contiguous U.S.. Standard ground shipping is $9.95 for orders under $300. STYLEST offers expedited shipping for an additional fee if you need to receive your product sooner. Select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping is non-refundable.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, STYLEST ships to P.O. boxes and military bases. Due to the nature of these addresses, expedited shipping is not available for P.O. and APO/FPO destinations. Please note these shipments can 2-4 weeks to arrive beyond standard shipping timelines.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification once your order ships, which includes your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. If your order includes an in-stock and pre-order item it will ship all together once the pre-order item arrives. If you wish to receive your in stock merchandise immediately, contact us at hello@stylest.com and we will be happy to help! Please note an additional processing fee will apply.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We have an easy Returns and Exchanges process, valid within 21 days of purchase. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and liners intact.


Return shipping is free if you opt in to return coverage. When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for free. If you decide not to purchase coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Orders without return coverage are subject to a $3.95 restocking fee. This cost will be deducted from your refund once it is processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to process.


Please note that if you are returning multiple orders, each order will need to be returned in a separate box, using the unique label assigned for that order. This will ensure that the returns are processed correctly and timely.

RETURN COVERAGE & PACKAGE PROTECTION

What is return coverage?

Return shipping is free if you opt-in to return coverage. When you opt-in for return coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for free.


Return coverage is non-transferable and is valid only on the order it was purchased for.

What is package protection?

Package protection is low-cost shipping insurance that protects your STYLEST order from loss, theft, or damage. We know receiving online orders can be stressful, and this add-on eliminates the worry about your shipment getting lost in transit or stolen from your porch.

How does return coverage work?

Add coverage to your cart at checkout and you have access to as many free returns and exchanges as you need for your order. If you need to initiate a return or exchange, click here.

What if I do not opt-in to return coverage and package protection?

Opting into coverage is a personal choice! If you choose not to, you can still return or exchange your order. You simply will have to pay for your return label and a $3.95 restocking fee, both of which will be deducted from your refund.


If your order is lost or stolen in transit and you did not opt in, you are liable for the replacement cost. STYLEST is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit when coverage was not purchased for the order.

If my protected order is lost, stolen, or damaged what is covered?

STYLEST will replace your order in full at no additional cost to you. If the item you ordered is no longer available, you may swap it for another item of your choice. The full value of your original order will be applied to the replacement.


If you do not want a replacement and wish to receive a refund, you will be refunded in full for the items and taxes.

When should I file a claim?

Damaged: Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery scan. Damage claims require photo(s) and are subject to further follow-up from our QA team prior to approval. Claims submitted outside of the 30-day policy will not be considered for refund or replacement.


Lost: Please wait five business days before filing a claim for a lost package, as they are subject to transit delays. To be reviewed, claims must be submitted within 45 days of the origin scan. Claims submitted after 45 days will be denied.


Stolen: Please wait five business days before filing a claim for a stolen package. Often, packages are marked delivered prematurely or misdelivered. This gives the package an opportunity to show up at your door and ultimately receive your merchandise sooner than a replacement. To be reviewed, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery scan. Claims submitted after 30 days will be denied.

How do I file a claim?

Click here or log into your STYLEST account and select the order you need assistance with from the left-hand column. Follow the instructions to submit your claim. STYLEST will review your claim within 48 business hours and be in touch if any additional information is required or with information on the next steps.

Will I be refunded for the return and package protection if I return my order?

Return coverage and package protection are non-refundable.

ORDERS

How can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to edit or modify orders. We will do our best to cancel an order that has not shipped; however it is at the discretion of our fulfillment center. Once orders have been shipped and issued a tracking number, they can no longer be canceled. Please email hello@stylest.com and we will do our best to assist you.

At this time we are shipping to the U.S. only.

SIZE AND FIT

How do I find my right size?

The STYLEST Swim System is designed to fit supportive and snug. Our helpful Fit Guide makes it easy to choose your correct size.

How should the swim system fit?
Swim Bras are designed to fit seamlessly and are supportive. You should feel held-in and lifted, yet comfortable. Our swim bras can be worn under most one piece swimsuits. You can also wear bras in a traditional manner under clothing and dresses.


Invisible Swim Bra: We recommend you use our fit guide and a soft tape measure in order to get your most accurate band size. The band should fit snugly and feel secure without any discomfort. The band should not leave any marks. Our cups are built for full coverage, therefore we recommend you size down one cup if you would like a more lifted and “boosted” look. If you have any gaps in the cup, please size down. If you are spilling over, please size up. This bra has a unique side zipper. This allows for a smooth seamless back. We recommend zipping up to the front of the body and then twisting to adjust accordingly.


Wireless Swim Bras: are designed to be form fitting and supportive. If you are in between sizes or your chest is very full, size up. Check the size guide for measurements.


Sculpting Swimsuits: are designed to be form fitting and supportive, like shapewear. If you are in between sizes or have a long torso, size up. Check the size guide for measurements.


PRODUCT AND BRAND INFO

How do I care for my STYLEST Swim System?

For swimwear and bras, hand wash using cold water only. For lace cover-ups, you can machine wash on a delicate, cold cycle.

Lay Flat to dry.

Do not bleach to keep color fresh.


There is no need to wash your pieces every time you wear them.


If you get sunscreen on your suit, we highly recommend spot cleaning first, with by rubbing fabric on fabric or using cold water or a baby wipe then machine wash it in cold on the gentle cycle. If for some reason it doesn’t come out, try soaking your suit in a mix of water + baking soda, then machine wash, this should do the trick. Our fabric mill let us know that some sunscreens contain avobenzone, an oil soluble ingredient that has a high chance of staining - all fabric, including Stylest suits. Please be very careful around avobenzone.
