SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for standard order processing and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.


Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday with an expedited shipping method will be processed the same day. Expedited orders placed after 2pm EST or on a weekend will ship the following business day.


Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping is non-refundable. We do not offer expedited shipping to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.


We strive to ship every order out as quickly as possible; however, we may experience delays from time to time due to inclement weather or COVID. We appreciate your patience!

What are your shipping fees?

Standard: $8.95

2 Day: $15 (Continental U.S. only)

Where will my packages be shipped from?

STYLEST orders are shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey. Questions about your order? Contact us directly at hello@stylest.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you ship domestically and internationally?

At this time we are shipping to the U.S. only. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when we expand internationally.

Do you offer free shipping?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping. Standard shipping cost is $8.95. STYLEST offers expedited shipping for an additional fee ($15) if you need to receive your product sooner. Select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, STYLEST ships to P.O. boxes and military bases via Fedex Smart Post. Due to the nature of these addresses, expedited shipping is not available for P.O. and APO/FPO destinations.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification once your order ships, which includes your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. If you have an in-stock and pre-order item on your order, you will receive a separate email when the balance of your order ships.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We have an easy Returns and Exchanges process within 21 days of purchase. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and liners intact.


We offer a seven-day risk-free trial of all of our products. If you return the items within seven days of receiving your item(s) you will not be charged. After the trial ends, your card will be charged and we accept eligible returns for an additional 14 days.


Shipping for returns is on us! All returns are charged a $9 restocking fee per shipment to help support the many people in our supply chain. You’ll see this deducted from the balance of your refund once we’ve received and approved your return. Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to process.


Please note that if you are returning multiple orders, each order will need to be returned in a separate box, using the unique label assigned for that order. This will ensure that the returns are processed correctly and timely.

How do I initiate a return?

We make it easy. Initiate your return or exchange here. We do charge a $9 restocking fee on all returns; exchanges are free and easy within 21 days of purchase. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and liners intact.


If you are trialing products from our site, you have seven days, risk-free, from the time your product is delivered. If you return the items within seven days of receiving your item(s) you will not be charged. After the trial ends, your card will be charged and we accept eligible returns for an additional 14 days. A $9 return restocking fee per shipment supports the many people in our supply chain. You will see this deducted from the balance of your refund once we have received and approved your return.


Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to process.

How do I send back a return?

Return shipping is on us.


To get your package ready:


- Click here to start your return (or Go to returns.stylest.com)
- Enter your order number and zip code
- Select the item(s) you’re sending back
- Print your pre-paid return label
- Pack up your items and and ship back at any USPS location
- Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment 10–14 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse

ORDERS

How can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to edit or modify orders. However, we can cancel orders if they have not shipped. Once orders have been shipped and issued a tracking number, they can no longer be canceled. Please email hello@stylest.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are shipping to the U.S. only.

I purchased my items but meant to try them instead, can you switch my order?

Once your order has been placed we cannot switch it to a trial. If something does not work, we have a 21 day return policy. Click here to initiate a return.

HOW A TRIAL WORKS

We believe the best place to try on a swimsuit is in the comfort of your own home. Products eligible for trial will have a TRY BEFORE YOU BUY button on their sales pages.


How a trial works:


1. Select the product(s) you would like to trial. You can trial up to six items at a time.

When you add products to your cart, make sure you turn on the Try Before You Buy toggle for each product that you would like to include in your trail, otherwise it will be processed as a regular order.

We will authorize your credit card for the total amount of the items you are trialing, however your card will not be charged until after your trial ends.


2. Your seven-day trial begins the day your items are delivered.


3. After your trail ends, your card will be automatically charged, and will you have 14 additional days to return the item(s) you do not want.


Shipping back returns within the seven day trial are free. Simply click here to begin a return.


Shipping back your return is on us. However, to support the many people in our supply chain, returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee per shipment. The restocking fee will be deducted from your final return amount.

SIZE AND FIT

How do I find my right size?

The STYLEST Swim System is designed to fit supportive. Our helpful Fit Guide makes it easy to choose your correct size.


For a more customized recommendation please refer to the Perfect Fit Tip on the product page.


For example: Our Convertible Strapless Bra fits true to size in the band; we recommend sizing down in the cup.

How should Aqualingerie fit?

Aqualingerie is designed to fit supportive. You should feel held-in, but comfortable.


Convertible Bra: 90% of the support of a bra comes from the band. We recommend you use our Fit guide and measure yourself to get your recommended band size. It should fit snug and feel secure, but not leave any marks. Our cups are built for a full chest, therefore we recommend you size down in our cups for a more boosted look. If you have gaping in the cup, size it down. If you have spillage, size it up.


Bralette: Bra is designed to be snug and supportive, but runs true to size. If you are in between sizes or your chest is very full, size up. Check our size guide for exact measurements.


Panty: Panty is designed to be snug and supportive. If you are over 5’7” or have a long torso, size up. If you are in between sizes, size up. Check our size guide for exact measurements.

How do I care for my STYLEST Swim System and Aqualingerie?

In comparison to the rest of your wardrobe, your swim system needs extra attention and special care.


1) Hand wash using cold water only.

2) Lay Flat to dry.

3) Do not bleach to keep color fresh.


There is no need to wash your pieces every time you wear them.
